Prices and Payment
All prices quoted are in British Sterling Pounds.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express and Paypal.
Please allow 1-3 days for your item to be beautifully packed and sent to you. Your item will be sent to you by Royal Mail via recorded delivery.
Please allow 6-10 weeks days from initial design, sampling and production for your item to be perfectly finished. We will send you an email as soon as your item is ready to be shipped. As soon as it shipped, please allow 1-3 days for your item to reach you. Your item will be sent to you by Royal Mail via recorded delivery.
*For international orders, please allow additional time for delivery. As this will vary from country to country, anticipated delivery times will be notified on an order-by-order basis.*
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tag still attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please email email@example.com for further information.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately, as these have been specifically designed just for you, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds or credits on Bespoke items.
If the item you have purchased is faulty then please send us an email on email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your item, together with photos and a brief description of the fault. As we only produce small quantities of each item we may not be able to offer you a direct exchange, in this instance, we will offer you a full refund or an exchange of an item of the same price.

Due to the nature of our products, small threads may begin to appear over a long time period if mishandled or not given the care.
Please make sure you check all design, colour and spelling, as we cannot accept returns of Bespoke products.
The terms and conditions contained within the Shopify Inc. ‘Refund Policy’ and ‘Terms of Service’ links (which can be found at the bottom of the screen when placing your order) will only apply where they do not conflict with the terms set out above – where they do conflict with the terms set out above, the terms set out above will prevail.
